As document management systems become more prevalent and as their uses are also becoming more “mission critical”. A broken scanner will impact on the service levels your customers currently enjoy.
Our engineers service and repair all micrographic and scanning equipment on site at our clients' premises. Equipment that requires more in depth fault finding will be returned to the workshop at the head office in Birkenhead.
Replacement scanners and reader printers can be loaned to customers who have purchase an equipment maintenance contract should we be short of a spare part. We have even been known to import parts from America or even re-manufacture locally when the manufacturer has ceased production.
