Damian Cull

Managing Director

Damian and brother Tim Cull are the third generation of the Cull family to manage the business. Damian joined the company in 1990 when it was trading as Cull Reprographics.

Starting out as a service engineer, Damian progressed to be Managing Director in 1997 when he oversaw the transition of the company's name to Cull Micro Imaging and the move into document management solutions. Prior to joining the family business, Damian worked at the BBC and then at HTV Wales as a sound engineer where he was involved in recording a wide range of programmes in Welsh - from Play School to Newsnight! Today, Damian's role includes the overall co-ordination of the company - from developing and implementing the business strategy to overseeing the day-to-day running of the sales, service and scanning departments.

Damian's key strengths are determination, listening (an often underrated but essential business skill) and the ability to balance and ultimate solve business issues. His greatest achievement has been to continue the family legacy and ensure that Cull Micro Imaging has developed inline with changing technologies and customer requirements.

Outside of work Damian is a keen amateur car mechanic and also enjoys sailing, skiing and spending time with his family.
