Tim Cull

Sales Director

Tim and brother Damian Cull are the third generation of the Cull family to manage the business and Tim joined over 25 years ago, initially as a photographer. He then moved over into a sales role, eventually becoming Sales Director in 1986.

Tim particularly enjoys the customer-facing role he has at Cull Micro Imaging and developing the business - taking pride in selling the benefits and quality of the services on offer. His biggest achievements include securing some of the companies longer term contracts to ensure its continued success and he also plays a key role in customer liaison long after the deal is negotiated.

As the public face of Cull Micro Imaging, Tim's key strengths include clear, open communication, and the ability to instill confidence and put people at ease - essential for negotiations around the boardroom table.

Outside of work, Tim's interests include sailing and Alpine skiing.
