MACHINE MAINTENANCE

Down time with equipment is never a good thing. That’s why we will come out to you within 8 hours to help resolve any issues. Our expert team service and repair all scanners, specialising in Kodak, Canon and Fujitsu. Any issues that can’t be fixed on site will be taken back to our technical base on the Wirral for more in-depth investigation and repair.

We also cater for legacy microfilm reader printers, including all microfilm and microfiche reader machines, microfilm and microfiche scanners and legacy document management scanners. 

Replacement scanners, microfilm reader printers and microfiche scanners can be loaned to customers who have an equipment maintenance contract should we be unable to source a part fast enough. We have a large network of contacts throughout the industry to locate difficult to find parts for older machines when all the manufacturers have ceased production of legacy Microfilm equipment.
